Data controller

The controller for the personal data collected through this website is Giovanni Mandini, Via Filippeschi 7, 05018 Orvieto (TR), Italy. For any request regarding your data, please write to info@ninashome.casa.

What data we collect through this site

Through the availability request form we collect only the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone/WhatsApp (if given), check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children, and any notes.

This website does not use profiling cookies or traffic-analysis tools that collect personal data, and does not install any non-essential cookie. The informational notice shown on first visit therefore doesn't require any consent — it's only there to communicate this clearly. Your browser remembers that you've seen it (via local storage, not a cookie), and this preference is never shared with us or with anyone else.

Why we process this data

Data entered in the form is used solely to respond to your availability request. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) — that is, the steps needed to assess and, where possible, arrange a stay before a contract is concluded. It is never used for marketing purposes nor shared with third parties, other than the technical providers strictly necessary to deliver the message to us: Resend for sending the email, Namecheap's automatic forwarding to route info@ninashome.casa to our mailbox, and Google (Gmail) as that mailbox's provider. Resend's open/click tracking is disabled.

Hosting and technical infrastructure

This site is hosted on Vercel, which provides the technical infrastructure it runs on and keeps standard technical access and security logs (such as IP address and request information) for as long as needed to ensure the service's operation, security and diagnostics, per its own privacy notice.

How long we keep the data

Data collected through the form is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any stay, and no longer than required to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Data collected at check-in

At check-in, as required by Italian law (art. 109 TULPS), we separately collect each guest's personal details and identity-document information. This processing is distinct from the one relating to the website form and is governed by the privacy notice provided at the time of your stay.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@ninashome.casa.
